The Danish Smart City Network is established by The Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Affairs in cooperation with Aarhus University. The network has stakeholders from municipalities, regions, ministries, administrations, universities, companies, and organisations. The network regularly meets to discuss and exchange experiences in proportion to development, organizing, and planning of smart cities. The purpose of the network is to support the development of smart cities in Denmark and to understand the opportunities and challenges that are linked to the solutions that smart cities contribute with.
