Smart Aarhus is a new mindset developed in order to create sustainable urban innovation and growth in the City of Aarhus. Trough collaboration between the public and the private sector, citizens, the business community, and knowledge institutions Smart Aarhus work together with stakeholders to generate digital opportunities to handle societal, environmental and economical challenges.

Smart Aarhus’ further work is divided into three main projects: Open Data Aarhus, Internet Week Denmark and Aarhus Challenge. All three platforms should clarify the city and the Internet’s many digital options and make it easier to use them.
