The second annual Internet Week Denmark festival is coming!

During a five day festival in Aarhus we will be celebrating the success and impact that the internet has on innovation, business and our everyday lives.

AU Smart Cities is hosting a two day program that will open on 1 june at 10 am in the City hall. Keynote speakers include John Seely Brown, chairman of Deloittes future think tank Center for the Edge. He will address how our daily lives and society are effected by technology.

Other events in the program will address issues such as Open & Agile Smart Cities, Financing Smart City Development and digitalization in future urban space.

Also the national initiative Open Data DK will be launched by Aarhus Data Drinks and the project OrganiCity.

Everyone can participate in the events of the festival - whether you are a digital professional, a student, an investor, an entrepreneur, a citizen or just an internet enthusiast.

Although some of the events will only be for the Smart City-Network, in general the festival is open for all - just like the internet is open for all.
